Standard interview. Was a four-step process: phone, online technical skills test, in-person with HR and performance manager, and with partners to see if it's a good personality fit. They tell you in great detail what you'll be doing. You get to meet people you'll be actually working with.

One of those places that expects you to go through rigorous testing prior to even getting an interview just to offer you a salary below living wage. Waste of your time.
