Interview
Mein Gespräch fand mit zwei Wirtschaftsprüfern statt. Es war niemand von der Personalabteilung dabei, weshalb auch keinerlei typische Personalerfragen, wie zB "Was sind Ihre Stärken und Schwächen?", "Was bedeutet Teamarbeit für Sie?" gestellt wurden.
Zuerst haben die beiden WP's kurz das Unternehmen vorgestellt, danach wurde ich gefragt, warum ich mich genau für diesen Bereich interessiere und ob ich schon Erfahrungen darin gesammelt hätte.
Daraufhin kamen die unten erwähnten fachlichen Fragen und zum Schluss durfte ich noch Fragen stellen.
Insgesamt war es ein nettes Gespräch, und falls man bei den fachlichen Fragen nicht sofort die Antwort wusste, wurden einem auch Hinweise gegeben.

First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation
