I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Mumbai) in Jan 2013
Interview
Interview was arranged at the office. First round of interview was with HR and the next round was with the Senior Manager of the firm. Thereafter the Partner had another interview round. lastly there were negotiations with HR on pay scale and finally an offer was rolled out.
