It was good experience. It was average level of interview. Interviewer asked me about basic of ITSM. What is your biggest implementation?
It has 2 technical rounds followed by HR, they will focus on confidence and the way you are answering ,coding part as well.and then hr will discuss about the company and the package

3. Managerial Round: candidate's problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and how they handle pressure
