Dopo esito positivo, colloquio con HR, seguito (dopo 1 settimana) da colloquio con Manager
Solo dopo altre 3/4 settimane di silenzio ho ricevuto l'offerta

First half of interview was with a manager about behavioural questions and second half with partner who gave a scenario and left the second half open for a conversation about the firm.

The interviewers were kind and genuinely interested in who I was. They cared about my path and career choices and ultimately left the decision up to me when deciding between firms to intern for, while maintain a good relationship with me.
