However, I’ve come to realize that the selection process is very competitive, and many talented candidates are also vying for the position. It’s reassuring to know that I performed well, but I understand that the final decision will depend on various factors, and I am prepared for the outcome.
Straightforward process. There was an initial interview with HR, then a Director and then finally the Partner. The partner interview was the easiest. That last part is just a culture fit check
The job interview process went through 3 rounds across different levels down-up, excluding the talent manager. It was brutal but totally worth it. The timing sequence is fairly fast ~ every 2 weeks.
