The first interview is a virtual interview that asks you to record yourself answering questions as well as write responses to a few questions. They give you plenty of practice questions in order to become comfortable with the interview process. After I interviewed I never heard back from them. They do warn you in the interview that they try to get back to everyone within 2-3 weeks but sometimes they can't.
