I applied via the website and was invited to interview with two employees at the firm. One was a senior associate and the other a partner. The conversations did not appear to follow a structure at the time. It started with a generic interview question e.g. tell me about yourself and the interview was driven by my answers. It was not a complicated interview to navigate.
