Interview
First stage was a 30 mins remote screener. The second stage was a 90 mins meeting including a 15 mins presentation, which I prepared over PowerPoint. This was followed by 20 minutes of questions about my presentation. Finally I was grilled for 30 minutes which JL called Partnership Capability questions. The whole process took 2 months, from the initial application to offer.

I was initially asked about what skills I would bring to the role. Presentation was about what I'd do in my role. Capability questions were similar to behavioural questions.
