Applied online and filled out online personality test. Was invited to a group interview which was a bit strange for a Xmas temp role and was asked to complete group tasks and fill out a written questionnaire. No 1-1 interview.

Interview
Group session of about 20 people, we had to read some work situations and then discuss them among the group on how to resolve the situation. For example, a broken bottle in the warehouse, how to improve efficiency, and who tell an idea to - that sort of thing.
