Interview
Process is all based off the STAR approach. You need to be very familiar with how to answer the STAR based questions as their forms are outlined to fill in each one of the categories. I found that if I did not directly point to the situation, task, action or result, they would ask me at the end of my response to highlight an area that I missed.

It was a great process that lasted about an hour. They use the STAR interview tactic (situation, task, action, and result. I used personal experiences to answer the questions thoroughly and was able to expand more on my answers when prompted to do so.

I applied through their company website, i had two phone interviews. The first was a basic get to know you, are you interested in this position interview, the second was a standard behavioral interview. I ended up recieving a rejection email shortly after the second interview so they were also prompt.
