It was a great process that lasted about an hour. They use the STAR interview tactic (situation, task, action, and result. I used personal experiences to answer the questions thoroughly and was able to expand more on my answers when prompted to do so.

Must know and have an effective understanding of STAR system. It was a very smooth interview process and they took care of all of the logistics. They have fantastic employees that made the experience very positive.

Interview
I applied through their company website, i had two phone interviews. The first was a basic get to know you, are you interested in this position interview, the second was a standard behavioral interview. I ended up recieving a rejection email shortly after the second interview so they were also prompt.
