It's very hard to do by online, you should go by walking interview if you are interested and there may be chance to select you for first step, then they will have 2nd and third process of interview.

Interview
I was given a phone interview after speaking with a representative at a career fair. They didn't call me during my first time slot and we had to reschedule. The managers had an issue with communication and didn't reschedule. They asked me a lot of technical questions about mvc and java. I was not very experienced with java and was not given an offer.
