Jalasoft Fullstack Software Engineer interview questions

It was a long process but very thoughtful. The first part was an english test, the second one was a qi test. Third part was another english avaliation. Fourth was techinical test.

Too long process, there are multiple stages depending the position. The first interviews are really cool, you have the opportunity to talk with brillant people like team managers or product owners, you are free to express your opinions. There was an English test, the colombian recruiter was so professional and friendly, that conversation was really fun. The technical interviews were a complete disaster, All the technical interviewers I was assigned to were so arrogant, so much ego and disrespect(Team leads, staff members without any kind of preparation to talk with people), in one interview one of the interviewers attended very late(more than 10 minutes, very unprofessional), he didnt apologize for that. When I answered their questions, they often interrupted me saying their personal opinions about the questions and my answers (they think their outdated "standards" are still in use, if you answer with new and improved solutions to their questions, they will surely interrupt you and be probably angry, I think they will see you as a potential competition that might replace them in the future), I didn like the java questions, some of the topics these days are too irrelevant and useless. After those interviews nobody in RRHH Jalasoft sent me a feedback or something (even some rrhh in startups are more professional). Now I understand why senior developers do not want to work there and why they are launching so many bootcamps, if you dont understand how to treat people with respect during the technical interviews, especially developers no matter the seniority, you will continue losing talent. Jalasoft technical interviewers should understand that a problem or challenge can have many solutions, they should be able to hear about new standards and methodologies.
