I can't say anything positive about this experience. Small office in LIttle Rock, Arkansas. I was interviewed face to face with other three people. None of them from Human Resources. The main person was very rude. I felt discriminated because of my ethnicity and my background. I noticed they didn't even take the time to read my resume. I wonder why they decide to invite me to an interview. I had to handle them copies of my resume which it didn't bother me but I felt they didn't read and check if I was a good fit for what they were looking for. If ironic how this interview went. It seemed they need someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related but just to edit their word documents.. Like.. For real? They needed someone with high skills in Publisher and Word.. And to go and run their errands and help in the reception.. I understand that then they should emphasize than in their requirements and don't even require a BS from a recognized university. Like for real.. Do you think a graduate from Harvard would accept this kind of job!? Are you kidding me?
Totally absurd. I wasn't really interested, but things in Arkansas are so bad right now to find a job, so I was going to deal with it just to make a buck.. But I'm so glad they didn't offer. Jacobs please... Do something with the people from Little Rock office. It gives the company very bad reputation.
