One face to face interview, questions: - Standard STAR based questions about working in a team, making mistakes and working with new skills. - More technical questions about how SuDS battle the effects of climate change, benefits and weaknesses of using a RC vs Steel structure.

Online interview: Provided with one practice question to begin with and then given 3 questions to answer. Each question can be practiced as many times as needed and can be redone if needed. Questions have a 2 min time limit.
