Fill in basic questions about your skills and achievements for the first round, next round is behavioural and pyschometric tests through third party website. Similar to other large companies such as PWC.
Online pre-recorded interview. Had to answer about four questions relating to previous experience and interests. Gave you an approximate time for each question and about 30 secs to prepare for each question.

Interview
Relaxed interview with two senior ecologists. Firstly they told me lots about the company and their department within it.
They have a standard template of questions which they use for all candidates.
Mostly consists of competency based questions including on health and safety, dealing with difficult individuals, decision making and giving presentations
