They contacted me and set up an interview where they asked me about my past experience, my studies, why I wanted to work for them and about the projects I have worked in the past. When I went all they did was introduce me and show me around the office.

Interviewed by two people, asking motivational and competency and situational based questions. A lot of the questions were follow up questions from the answers I were giving, and the situational questions were not too hard and they help you if you get stuck.

Interview
Typical behavioural questions, heard back a couple weeks later. Surprisingly no online assessments which is nice. Does depend on team though. Interview was with a section lead and another civil engineer.
It was a very simple process of adding cv, then waiting for an option to do an online interview. You will be asked 3 questions, one about why you want to work there, another on how you stay motivated and lastly something you are proud of.
