Interview Process at Ivy Computer:
The process includes three rounds.
HR Screening: Phone/Zoom call to discuss background, interest, relocation, and pay range.
Team Interview: 45-minute Zoom with members of the Data Transfer team, focused on Excel, SQL, macros, and data-cleaning scenarios.
Final Interview: Panel with the Data & Documentation Manager, President, and HR. Covers culture fit, communication, and long-term goals.
Friendly, conversational process with quick follow-up (usually within a week).
