First Apply online, then online questions then video response then in person interview in the office. Heard back within a few weeks good communication all the way through the process.

Interview
It was a 1 hour interview. I had to describe a lot of different scenarios to demonstrate team work, risk assessment, over coming challenges etc. They only asked 1 or 2 actuary based questions.
applied online with cv, got a phone call, One interview with two people from the team you would be workig on, an hour long, got a call back within a week
