The process started with a short phone interview with HR. It was followed by a 3-hour Codility exam, then a video call/interview with Manager and final video/call interview with Manager and Architect. All interviews consisted of behavioral and technical questions. It was an efficient process with the HR constantly providing immediate feedback and updates and overall a positive experience. HR and Interviewers were very professional and exam was tailored to the role I was applying for.
