First, a 1.5 hour English-based exam, containing math/logic/essay questions, then interview with the manager, the second session was with the team director and 2 other employees where I was asked to do an impromptu powerpoint presentation with 20 min prep time prior (topic chosen by them).

Interviewed with HR person and CEO of Ipsos Japan in Japanese at a Career Fair in Tokyo, and it last around 30 min. They asked me a series of questions about myself, my experience as a student (since this is entry level job), and why you want to work at this company.

Two intro recruiter calls with an explicit promise of follow up to discuss specific role type and fit. Ghosted after wards with no response to my three follow up emails to the second recruiter or single follow up to the first. So unprofessional! What kind of operation are they running there.
