      Remote AI Trainer Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Invisible Technologies in Jul 2023

      Interview

They have the most flawed interview system probably because all the screenings are done by AI. Me, a 7 years experienced software engineer was rejected in a basic typing task and document saving task which just means they are not evaluating candidates properly. They post the same job vacancies in their career section everytime. No real communication, transparency makes candidate think if the company is really interested un hiring candidates.

Test and interview. The test was hefty from written test then psychometric test then if you passed it you will get an interview. The interview process usually begins with submitting an application, followed by an initial screening (often a phone or video call with HR). Successful candidates may then face one or more rounds of interviews—technical, behavioral, or panel-based—depending on the role. Some companies include assessments (tests, case studies, or coding challenges). References are checked before or after final interviews. If selected, the candidate receives an offer, negotiates terms, and completes background checks. Finally, onboarding begins. The process varies by company, role, and industry, taking anywhere from a few weeks to several months.

      Interview

The company’s interview process is structured and comprehensive, designed to evaluate candidates across multiple dimensions of language proficiency and communication skills. It follows a systematic approach that ensures consistency, objectivity, and alignment with the role’s requirements. The assessment framework covers key competencies such as reading comprehension, written production, text development, listening comprehension, and verbal as well as discursive expression. Each of these areas is evaluated through targeted exercises that allow candidates to demonstrate both their technical language skills and their ability to communicate effectively in practical scenarios. The reading component focuses on the candidate’s ability to interpret texts, identify key ideas, and engage in critical analysis. The writing segment evaluates coherence, organization, and the capacity to develop structured and meaningful content. Meanwhile, listening comprehension tasks are designed to measure the ability to understand spoken language accurately and respond appropriately. A notable strength of the process is its emphasis on verbal and discursive skills. Candidates are encouraged to express ideas clearly, articulate arguments, and maintain structured communication, which provides valuable insight into their real-world communication capabilities. Additionally, the process assesses all these competencies both in the target language of the position and in English. This dual-language evaluation ensures a well-rounded understanding of the candidate’s linguistic versatility and adaptability in multilingual environments. Overall, the interview process is robust and well-designed, offering a holistic evaluation of candidates’ language abilities. Its structured nature and focus on multiple skill areas make it an effective tool for identifying individuals with strong communication competencies and the ability to perform in diverse linguistic contexts.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The interview focused on evaluating comprehension and language skills through structured exercises rather than direct questioning. It included short audio clips and written texts, each presented for approximately one minute, followed by multiple-choice questions designed to assess understanding, interpretation, and attention to detail. In addition, there was a reading component where I was asked to read a text aloud. This part of the process aimed to evaluate pronunciation, fluency, and overall clarity in the language. Overall, the process was more performance-based, centered on demonstrating comprehension and communication abilities in real time rather than responding to traditional interview questions.
