3 step process, 1st, coding test, usually a programming contest of 4 hours. 2nd, basic math test of 90 mins. 3rd online face to face technical interview, they will ask about the math questions in step 2 and additionally some more math and programming problems

They take a coding test among candidates before the interview. Then they ask about coding test they took earlier in the interview. Then salary negotiation happens, did not get this far.
