I applied through an online job search site, careerbuilder if I remember correctly. They called and we set up and interview. Was a general interview with two people. They asked some questions regarding internet fraud and how it works. A lot of the information you can learn from their own website as well as the terms you need to know. At the end of the meeting I was given an assignment, which was an article about the job hiring process and how companies hire. Sent in the email with my comments on the article and, sadly, got an email back saying I didn't make it to the next round.
