International Documentary Association interview questions

Invited to a first interview—questions all standards, though it took an unusual amount of time for a preliminary conversation (more than an hour). Interviewer indicated at the end that I would likely soon be invited for a second interview, but also stressed that they never ghost (gave a long lecture about how it’s wrong and against the org’s principles). Anyways, they ghosted me lol

Lengthy phone call about professional background, followed by very long waiting period for decision to be made. Phone call covered college experience, editorial/managerial experience, and rundown of the organization's company culture and goals.
