Invited to a first interview—questions all standards, though it took an unusual amount of time for a preliminary conversation (more than an hour). Interviewer indicated at the end that I would likely soon be invited for a second interview, but also stressed that they never ghost (gave a long lecture about how it’s wrong and against the org’s principles). Anyways, they ghosted me lol
