The interviewers were 5 minutes late to my interview that was only scheduled for 30 minutes. There were two people on the interview which was never discussed with me. The person I assumed I was interviewing with only asked me to give a little about myself and then asked a little about my experience. In my response I mentioned some personal details, to which the other person derailed the conversation and started a line of questioning about my personality, which I didn't think was appropriate. He asked me what I'm like. In that line of thought, he proceeded to tell me exactly what the company was about, which was making money (so, NOT healthcare--but then I knew that as soon as I discovered you took the word "care" out of your title). He proceeded to tell me to my face that my personality would be a problem because it's not in line with making money. He directly told me that Intermountain Health (not healthCARE), is for-profit company and the bottom line is about making money. It's bothersome that you business is NOT about healthcare. He then listed off several reasons why I was a red flag, in spite of my customer service experience. I assume it's because he believes I won't make money for the company. The interview went no further. Neither asked about the rest of my experience
