Ridiculous. Interviewed with 8 senior leadership team members for this role, over 7hrs worth of interviews. No Interview should take that long to determine a fit. Worst of all, the hiring manager and every other person ghosted after 8 different interviews! While they were trying to schedule those chats i got inundated with calls to rearrange my schedule, only to ghost? I followed up twice and nothing. No candidate deserves to be treated like that, atleast respect the time the candidate has put in and provide feedback that they weren't a fit for the role, not disappear! What the company essentially told me with this silence was that they did not value my time, nor the effort I put in making those interviews. It’s sad and is likely a reflection of the culture. It all starts from the hiring process. Organizations treat candidates the way they'll treat their employees!
