If facing a disgruntled customer, how would i handle it
I thoroughly enjoyed the interview and offer process. The recruiter was very thorough in the screening and the interview process from start to finish only took a week for 5 rounds. I would highly recommend ILG and the onboarding process was very fluid.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way my interview process was handled. When we first connected, I trusted that you were actively working on my behalf and that communication would be clear and timely. However, after investing a significant amount of time following your process, I was met with delays, unresponsiveness, and a lack of updates. It’s been three weeks since I was last asked to reach out and still no response from the recruiter. Unfortunately, the experience has only wasted an almost two month of my time.
I expected a level of professionalism and respect for my time that was not met. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder that job seekers depend on recruiters for honest and timely communication.
Because I relied on your assurances that things were progressing, I turned down three other job offers—opportunities I can no longer pursue. Had I known that communication would be so inconsistent, I would have made different decisions regarding my career.
