I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inteliment (Pune) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied on the company website and got a call from the HR.
Basic questions about my education and work experience, CTC, notice period etc were discussed on a call. The HR later scheduled my technical rounds.Questions varied between basics and advanced scenarios.
The technical manager helped me understand my technical career path with the company. I had HR round after technical round and then mgmt round with CEO.
I was really nervous meeting the CEO for the first time, I was a little nervous at first but as my conversation with him went on, he gave me good guidance and understood my situation and expectations too.
Interview process was very thorough overall.
