I send CV to Asst.Hiring through my friend referrer.Then I got I.V the same week at PG 12 within 1HOUR.There has 2 person that interview on Me. Both of them are nice and friendly person. For technical question written on the white board.
After 1 month I, I follow up to the Hiring Asst. and she said that I unsuccessful for this position. After 24 hours, she send the email said the Hiring Manager changed his mind to offer this position.

Question 1
Weakness and Strength. How to handle the others members projects that already pass the due date? How to handle stressful work? How U manage the projects ever done such as design the video player from zero?
It is also ask technical question: write verilog for latch and flip-flop. Explain the full adder operation for 4 bits using truth table. Produce the output voltage of inverter that u always design with VDD=5V, input=2V with his option answer and state why.

It was a very professional interview. The interviewers were very friendly and insightful. There weren't any technical questions asked during the interview. The job description was explained in detail. I learned a lot about their company culture during the interview. They have very flexible working hours and they do offer the option to work from home.
Smooth, technical question. 8 interviewers with different departments and only 2-3 people that will interview you. Might be based on suitability of your profile to their department. Overall a smooth process and the professionalism of the interviewer is very good.
