interview was very technical All Questions related to DFT process, SCAn, BIST, JTAG features
Was interviwed by 4 senior Engineers and I was grilled to an extent to drain all my knowledge I had about the ATPG/SCAN process;

then I was asked to prepare presentation which I presented to all the people with home I had 1-1 interview session, followed by 1-1 interviews with mangers and engineers
