      It was very grueling, 4 step process then a fianl 4 hour interview with 7 engineers. Some technical questions, other logistics and lifeskills questions were asked. For example, one asked "if i were to estimate the cost to clean all the windoes in portland, how would you do it?"

      2 interviews for Recent College Graduate hiring. There was no telephone screening as I was referred to the job by an existing employee. The first interview was with the hiring manager in-person. The 2nd interview was with a dotted-line Regional Applications Manager telephonically.
