I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Chandler, AZ) in Feb 2011
Interview
2 phone calls. Both behavioral. the 1st call takes about 30-40 minutes, the 2nd takes about 45 - 1hr. A phone call a week over a two week span. They will ask about experience leading projects, leadership, extracurriculars, etc. and then will shock you with two technical questions near the end. Also, its okay if you feel like your interviewer doesn't like you.. as long as you feel you didn't mess anything up and stay composed, you'll be fine. Also, they schedule the two interviews with you beforehand, and after the first interview, they don't tell you if they still want to speak with you. You have to take it upon yourself that they will honor that date. And if you did well in your first interview, they will

Interview
Easy and very fun process, interviewer very calm and friendly. She encouraged me to ask more questions and she answer it full-heartedly. She also did ask me about some questions regarding basic accounting terms and how to solve the problems
