Started with submission of resume, got a phone call and on site interview was scheduled. Nice accommodation and rental car, one on one with managers to understand job requirements. Managers try to be as realistic as possible and inform you of all the challenges of the job.

The interview are very simple and straightforward. Mostly they would like to know what you did in grad school and what were your major contributions.
Very easy interview process. It took 3 months to get the offer. great work experience, poor management. strict deadlines. stressful, no work life balance, low salary, poor communication between upper management and engineers. lots of office politics
