Detailed design optimization case. Was given materials two days before interview. Questions ranged from optimization of current design, failure modes of components and manufacturing processes
Phone Interview that lasted about an hour.
The second interview involved three employees, each focusing on a distinct aspect of evaluation—Behavioral, Hardware, and Software. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of how to prepare adequately for this diverse set of assessments. Nevertheless, it turned out to be a positive experience to learn from, providing valuable insights into different facets of the position and highlighting areas for future improvement in my preparation strategy.
