Very lengthy and disorganized. HR took almost three months from their initial contact to set up the interview. Interview was fine with the first panel. Second interview was rescheduled twice at the last minute and the director didn't seem to have any actual questions ready, repeated a lot of what was asked in the first phase of interviews.
