Only one round of technical and hr interview was there nothing more meet the interviewer and started the interview got feedback from them it’s was not at internship level they were looking for more experienced type
Online interview focused on core strength and analytical abilities. Past evidence of leadership qualities and flexibility also expected. Knowledge of financial services especially the Insurance Industry an added benefit. Decent experience overall.

Relay a situation where you’ve had to show leadership
Positive experience. Spoke with two members of the team and they asked strengths-based interview questions. Nice interviewers and succeeded in getting the internship. Pay is lower than competitors. A lot of inefficiencies in the company. The internship was quite boring also. People are very nice and friendly though.
