Instec interview questions

Interviewing process was straight forward, had one phone behavioral interview, followed by an interview with HR manager and Senior Developer. Questions mostly were behavioral, even with the Senior Developer. Only technical part of the interview was a short test about a program. Everyone was nice enough, though everyone was dressed extremely casually, and the Senior Developer was burping on the other end in an unbuttoned shirt while I was in a suit and tie. They never got back to me, I had to reach out to find my results.
