I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Instacart (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Several phone interviews. Event was punctual, friendly, and professional. They state there is room for growth and opportunity. Although there are a ton of roles and possibilities, they do not support internal applicants.
I applied online. I interviewed at Instacart (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
There were three interviews total, where the first two took about twenty minutes each and the final interview took about an hour total. They were direct, by the book, and very organized. I appreciated that they knew what they were doing. I spoke to two people total, the first one during screening and final interview, and the other in the middle. I believed the interview process to be extremely thorough, and even had a video segment.
