I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insperity (Houston, TX) in Sep 2011
Interview
They called me and asked if I'd be interested in an interview and then set everything up via email. They mentioned half a dozen times that it was a C#/.NET position with C#/.NET questions, and sent a couple of emails telling me what to expect. When the day finally came the only questions they had were SQL and Database questions with some OOD stuff. No C#/.NET what so ever, so I'm not sure what happened, or if the interviewer got confused and thought I'd applied for a different position.

Question 1
Given a set of database nodes (one of them is a social security #), which one would be the primary key?
Spoke with recruiter, did an online coding assessment, and spoke with a manager via Zoom or Teams. GHOSTED after that. I realize that ghosting candidates has become common in the industry, but that doesn't make that conduct any less UNETHICAL.
