Theres probably about 4 rounds of interviewing, and they are really helpful in preparing you and being motivating. Thought I was doing well, and then got ghosted right before I made it to the final round. Tried to follow up and got no response. Saw on Linkedin they had selected people already. I hear this happens a lot.
