Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and set up a face to face interview. When I arrived at the office my recruiter told me I'd be interviewed by three managers. She kept reminding me to be extremely personable the whole time which was kind of annoying. She would then come In after every interview and tell me what I did right and wrong. I think after the second interview when she reminded me to be more personable I was kind of over the company.
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.

Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

Why was I looking to make a transition to a new employer?
It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
