Extremely lengthy interview process, but helpful coaching provided by recruiters that includes tips, tricks, and insight into interview process. Small talk is encouraged and praised, however, managers aren’t punctual in interviews and it makes it incredibly difficult to make small talk.
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.

Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

Why was I looking to make a transition to a new employer?
It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
