I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
I was recruited through Monster. Went in and met with two people separately. Carly was really nice, it was very informal talked about going out downtown. They sent an e-mail ahead of time saying what to wear and what to bring (things people should already know). Then I met with another girl who just acted very stressed and fidgety the whole time. I didn't get the job, wasn't too upset. Then two weeks later got called in to interview for a sales job with a company they were helping by another worker, who said Carly recommended me. Don't know if they pretended to interview me to use me as a resource for staffing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2026
Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
