Interview
I applied through Monster on a Friday afternoon, and within 30 minutes got a recruiter calling me, in a location that I'd like to be. I was told about a job which fit me, then scheduled for a telephonic and Skype interview for Monday morning (both agreed to be initiated by the company), I take a day off of my current job. The scheduled time comes and goes with not a peep from Insight's recruiter, and 30 minutes later I send an email, stating that the appointment was missed by them. She responds and we reschedule for the afternoon. Well, the scheduled afternoon time comes and goes, and 40 minutes later I get a call from the recruiter wanted to reschedule the telephonic interview with her boss and to start the Skype interview.
UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I am happily employed, the only reason I applied to the job was because of location.

Other than asking to reschedule 3 times, no further questions were posed.
Intermediate difficulty interview, Main questions about software development patterns and an exercise with Java language. The interviewer was nice and replied all the questions I had about the company. The experience overall was quite good.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward, and I appreciated how approachable and engaging the recruiters were throughout the entire experience. They made me feel comfortable and created an environment where I could express myself openly. Although I didn't make it through the technical round, I found the experience to be highly valuable. It provided me with insights into areas where I can improve, and I walked away with a better understanding of what to expect in similar future interviews. Overall, it was a positive and enriching experience that will certainly benefit me in my career journey.

Interview
First there was a phone screening interview in which the company asked me about my experience and skills. The second and last interview was at the client's location. Insight Global helped me to prepare on the possible set of question I might face at the client. The interview was smooth, and it was a two way interview.
