The interview process was very interactive and they really make you fell in love with the company. They were very professional and friendly at the same time but asking the right questions.

How will you handle a scenario where you have different teams using different processes instead of a standard?
The first step in the process was the recruiter call which lasted about 15 minutes, then had the hiring manager call, then negotiated back through the recruiter for next steps and feedback.
Started with a basic recruiter call to go over my background. The first round was meant to be a one on one for a general product manager role. Instead I got pulled into a panel interview and they interviewed me for a different position. I didn't feel prepared and it felt like the interview was conducted in bad faith.
