I was contacted a recruiter at Insight Global about an available position with the City of San Antonio IT Department. The total process was about 3 days. It was such a breeze in comparison to other interviews I had because I felt the my recruiter had really looked at my resume and found a job that fit me perfectly. I was engaged first with a phone-call, followed by several phone-calls the first day. Then I went to interview the next day.
