the interview process was easy and conversational. They wanted to get to know me and what I wanted out of a job. they also asked about my background and my future career goals. The people are young but they make you go through and shake every hand of every employee on your first interview - very awkward and unnecessary.

Avoid and ignore any solicitations from this firm. I was contacted by 3 recruiters over the span of 6 months for the same job. After expressing interest, sharing a resume and availability they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. When I am in a position to hire, I will never work with this organization. Recruiting is about relationships and they have no clue.

Very speedy, and streamlined. Often pressed for time and things move really fast. You need to ask recruiter many followup questions in order to know what they are looking for.
